Due to health and hygiene regulations applicable to dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken, unless the product is defective or was delivered in error.

- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused during shipping.

7. Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless the product is defective or was delivered in error, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Refund Process

Refunds include the full product price and the standard delivery cost of the original order. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard delivery, we will refund only the standard delivery cost.
